About the Event
Spring is here and we are springing into action through our Resiliency with Love course. This is an exploratory activities course where we will explore great things in our great Queen City.
What to expect: Each week will be held at a different location to explore the area with love and resiliency.
Week 1 is all about Love. What it means and how to love yourself for the person you are while working on a plan to become a better lover of self!
Week 2 is about Acceptance and learning to accept you for all of you and the more you want from yourself.
Week 3 is about Determination. Finding the strength and courage to keep going even when it's too hard to keep going.
Week 4 is Confidence. What it takes to have and build it while reaching your inner self.
