Help Adolescents Speak Out, LLC serves adolescents ages eleven through nineteen. Due to the age group that we serve, we adhere to COPPA guidelines.


The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 is a United States federal law, located at 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.
