Seminar Sessions - are the classes in each course.
We call our classes seminar sessions because the sessions provide a different experience from being in a regular classroom. Our goal of the seminar sessions are to give an empowering experience and feelings of positivity to the person you are becoming by tuning in to the HASO experience.
